MACRO MOJO
Account deletion and data requests
Last updated: 6 October 2026.
You can ask us to delete your Macro Mojo account, obtain a copy of your personal information, correct it or raise a privacy concern. You do not need a paid subscription to make a request.
Send your request
Email [email protected], preferably from your account email address. For deletion, use the subject “Delete my Macro Mojo account” and tell us whether you want deletion now or after your paid period ends. We may ask for proportionate verification before making an irreversible change. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
This is a support-managed request. Opening an email draft does not send it or delete your account. If you cannot access your account email, contact us and we will agree another suitable way to verify the request.
What happens next
We check the account, confirm what will be removed and coordinate any subscription cancellation or refund. You do not have to keep paying to exercise a privacy right. You can also stop renewal immediately through My account → Billing. A deletion request is not an automatic refund request; statutory rights and our refund policy still apply.
Once verified and ready to complete, we remove your active account and associated saved dashboards and charts (including archived research), saved series, watchlist, preferences and unnecessary delivery records, and revoke its share links. Export anything you want to keep first. Existing copies downloaded or copied by other people cannot be recalled.
Some payment, accounting, security or request records may need to be retained for a specific legal or protective purpose. Backups expire through their retention cycle. We explain any relevant exceptions and confirm what we have completed. See our Privacy notice.
Stripe/Link handles its own payment-data rights requests. Contact details are in its notices and purchase receipts. A Link deletion request can cancel Managed Payments subscriptions, so tell us if you have also made one there.
We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month. If the law allows more time or requires us to retain particular information, we explain why. Privacy complaints are acknowledged within 30 days, investigated and answered.
