MACRO MOJO
Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of Macro Mojo, operated by Agentic Data Systems Ltd (company number 17022376), registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Contact [email protected]. They apply to individual and business users. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so.
The service and your account
Macro Mojo provides access to macroeconomic data, charts and research tools through a web browser and internet connection. Available datasets, export options and Free/Pro features are described on the site and pricing screen. Keep your account information accurate and sign-in details secure; tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Published statistics can be revised, delayed or corrected, and chart transformations depend on your settings. Check source definitions, dates and units before relying on a result. The service supplies research information, not personalised investment, financial or other professional advice. We provide it with reasonable care and skill; this explanation does not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed services.
Permitted use and source data
You may use the service for your own personal or business research within your plan. Underlying data remains subject to the source licences and attribution requirements identified with the relevant dataset. A Macro Mojo subscription does not give you rights that the original source does not permit. Retain required attribution when publishing or sharing outputs.
You retain rights you have in your own contributions. You permit us to store, process and display them as needed to provide your chosen features. Enabling a share link makes its content accessible to anyone with that link, including through the available copy and download features. Only share material you are entitled to share.
Do not bypass access controls or plan limits, misuse another person’s account, introduce malicious content, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. Contact us to agree access if you need bulk or automated use beyond the features offered by your plan.
Subscriptions, prices and payment
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month, or at the different interval expressly shown at checkout, until cancelled. Before confirming, review the currency, total including applicable tax, billing frequency and renewal details. Local-currency offers and conversion can differ from the base price; your payment provider may separately charge fees.
Checkout identifies the seller and payment terms for your purchase. For Stripe Managed Payments, the sale is handled through Link as merchant of record. Its transaction terms apply alongside these product-use terms. We remain responsible for operating and supporting Macro Mojo. Payment receipts and related transaction messages come from Stripe/Link.
Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation. A pending or failed payment does not by itself activate Pro. If renewal payment fails, paid features may become unavailable; use My account → Billing for the status and available payment-management options. We do not promise a particular payment method in every country.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal at any time before the next renewal through My account → Billing → Manage billing. Ordinary cancellation leaves paid access available until the end of the paid period. When Pro access ends, all your saved dashboards and charts are archived for 30 days. Resubscribe before that deadline to restore them; otherwise they are permanently deleted. Your account stays open and you can start a new Free dashboard. Archived share links stop working and are not restored automatically.
We offer a full refund on request within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, including tax, even if you have used the service. We also stop renewal; paid access ends when the subscription is ended as part of the refund. After that period, cancellation does not normally refund the current period, but statutory remedies and any applicable Stripe policy still apply. See the full cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
No provision here requires you to waive a statutory withdrawal right to begin using the service. Contact [email protected] if cancellation is unavailable or you need help exercising a right.
Changes, availability and ending access
We may update the service to improve it, correct errors, respond to source changes or meet legal and security requirements. We will give reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes to a paid service, its price or these terms where practicable, explain when they take effect and allow you to cancel before they apply. Necessary urgent security or legal changes may take effect sooner.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, non-payment, security or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. If we discontinue a paid service or cannot provide a material part of what you purchased, we will offer the remedies required by law, including any appropriate refund for an unused prepaid period.
To close your account, follow our account-deletion process. We coordinate subscription closure with you. Save any research you want to keep before deletion; copies already shared with others may remain outside our control.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights or remedies.
Contact [email protected] so we can investigate a problem. These product terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live or any right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Our Privacy notice explains information processing; it is not a request for blanket consent. Our browser-storage notice describes storage and your controls.
