Account and privacy requests
Contact us to request access to your personal information, a correction, an export or account deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please do not email passwords, payment card details or identity documents unless we have agreed a suitable process with you.
Follow our account deletion and data request instructions. We coordinate deletion with subscription closure; cancelling renewal alone does not delete your account.
